All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any image or video, whether of actual or simulated sexual behavior or otherwise, that is available on the website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit content featured on it. The actions of owners and operators of the website are confined to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting of content, which may be sexually explicit, that is contributed by third-party users. All areas of the website that contain user-provided content are under the control of the associated user. Hence, the website operators and owners are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as detailed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the website may take down any images or videos if such are believed, at the sole discretion of the operator, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the polices and terms of use of the website.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

Any visual depictions that may appear on the website, for which the operator of the website may be held to be the “producer,” are not bound by the stipulations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) the images or videos do not display any sexually explicit activity as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) the images or videos do not display depictions of the genitals or pubic area after July 27, 2006; (3) the images or videos do not display simulated sexually explicit behavior; or (4) the images or videos were created before July 3, 1995.

Designated Records Custodian

A 2257-Custodian of Records has been authorized by the website's operator to be the keeper of all original records required for adherence to 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75. Said records are available for perusal by sending a request through our contact form.
